Service; When you call and ask for me...you get me, it’s me who calls you back, not an assistant, buyers agent, or anyone else, unless I am out of town.
What separates me from other real estate agents is my willingness to sit down and have an informal discussion about your needs and wants. I don’t look at people as prospects, but as repeat customers.

Results

I would rather work with a few people at a time very effectively, than lots of people very poorly. The world is awash in bad service, broken promises, and sound bites.
Nobody, including myself, likes to waste valuable time. As well as helping many people buy and sell property over the years, I have also suggested that many people DO NOT buy or sell their property, if they don’t have to. Sometimes ownership or selling your current home just isn’t the right thing to do, right now. Let’s talk.
